These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of OnceCal, operated by Grryp LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using our service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Account Terms

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. One person or legal entity may maintain multiple accounts for separate businesses.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use OnceCal to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Send spam or unsolicited communications
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts
  • Use the service for any illegal or harmful activity

3. Payment Terms

OnceCal offers a free tier and a paid Pro tier. The Pro tier is a one-time payment of $19. This is not a subscription — there are no recurring charges for the Pro plan itself.

If you collect payments from your invitees through our Stripe integration, OnceCal charges a platform fee of 0.5% on each paid booking transaction. Stripe's own processing fees apply separately and are not set by us.

We offer a 30-day refund policy on Pro purchases. Contact us within 30 days for a full refund.

4. Cancellation & Termination

Since OnceCal is a one-time purchase, there is nothing to cancel. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Data Handling

We store your account information, event types, and booking data to provide the service. Your data is stored securely and is not sold to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions or downtime.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OnceCal and Grryp LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

8. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
