Why a one-time fee instead of monthly?
Most scheduling tools charge $10–30/month per seat, which adds up to hundreds — or thousands — per year. We believe your calendar shouldn't be a subscription. Pay $9 once, use OnceCal forever.
How does the payment collection fee work?
Simple: when you collect a payment from a client through Stripe, OnceCal charges a flat $0.02 per booking. That's it. No tiers, no percentages, no surprises. Free (non-paid) bookings always have zero fees. Stripe's own processing fees (2.9% + $0.30) apply separately.
How does this compare to what Calendly charges?
Calendly charges $10–16/seat/month regardless of volume — that's $120–192/year per person. OnceCal at 100 paid bookings/month costs just $2.00 total. At 500 bookings it's $10.00 total. You'll spend less with OnceCal at every volume level.
Can I accept payments on the free plan?
Yes. Payment collection is available on every plan — Free and Pro. Connect your Stripe account and start collecting. The same flat $0.02/booking fee applies to everyone.
Can I upgrade from Free to Pro later?
Absolutely. Upgrade at any time from your admin dashboard. Your existing bookings and settings carry over seamlessly.
What's the difference between Pro and Premium?
Pro ($9 one-time) unlocks every feature — unlimited event types, custom branding, AI assistant, reminders, and more. Your booking pages will show ads. Premium ($5/mo) is an add-on that removes all ads and OnceCal branding from your booking pages for a clean, professional look.
What happens if I cancel Premium?
You keep Pro and all its features. Your booking pages will show ads again, and OnceCal branding returns. Pro is a one-time purchase — there's nothing to cancel there.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The free plan requires no payment info at all. You only pay when you upgrade to Pro.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes. If you're not happy within 30 days of purchasing Pro, we'll refund you — no questions asked.
