Why a one-time fee instead of monthly?
Most scheduling tools charge $10–30/month, which adds up to hundreds over time. We believe your calendar shouldn't be a subscription. Pay once, use forever.
How does the platform fee work?
We grow with you. When you collect payments through Stripe, OnceCal takes a small platform fee that automatically decreases as your volume grows: 2.5% for your first 25 paid bookings each month, 1.5% for bookings 26-100, and just 0.75% for everything above 100. Free (non-paid) bookings always have zero fees. Stripe's own processing fees apply separately.
Can I upgrade from Free to Pro later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade at any time from your admin dashboard. Your existing bookings and settings carry over seamlessly.
What happens if I cancel?
There's nothing to cancel — it's a one-time purchase. Your account stays active. If you want to delete your data, contact us and we'll take care of it.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The free plan requires no payment info. You only pay when you upgrade to Pro.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes. If you're not happy within 30 days of purchasing Pro, we'll refund you — no questions asked.
