How does the payment collection fee work?

Simple: $0.05 per paid booking. That's it. Whether you're on Free or Pro, when you collect a payment through Stripe, OnceCal takes 5 cents. Free (non-paid) bookings always have zero fees. Stripe's own processing fees apply separately.

Can I accept payments on the free plan?

Yes. Payment collection is available to everyone — free and pro. Connect your Stripe account and start collecting. We take $0.05 per paid booking.

Can I upgrade from Free to Pro later?

Absolutely. You can upgrade at any time from your admin dashboard. Your existing bookings and settings carry over seamlessly.

What happens if I cancel?

There's nothing to cancel — it's a one-time purchase. Your account stays active. If you want to delete your data, contact us and we'll take care of it.

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. The free plan requires no payment info. You only pay when you upgrade to Pro.

Is there a refund policy?

Yes. If you're not happy within 30 days of purchasing Pro, we'll refund you — no questions asked.
