Last updated: February 2026

OnceCal is operated by Grryp LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our scheduling platform.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, business name, and password (stored as a secure hash).

Booking Data

We store information about your event types, availability, and bookings — including invitee names, email addresses, phone numbers, and responses to custom questions.

Payment Information

Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers or sensitive payment details. We receive transaction IDs and payment status from Stripe.

Usage Data

We may collect basic usage data such as page views and feature usage to improve the service.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide the service: Create and manage your scheduling pages, process bookings, and sync with your calendar
  • Send notifications: Email confirmations, reminders, and cancellation notices to you and your invitees
  • Process payments: Facilitate payment collection via Stripe for paid bookings
  • Improve the service: Analyze usage patterns to build better features
  • Communicate with you: Send important service updates and respond to support requests

3. Third-Party Services

  • Stripe: Payment processing for Pro upgrades and paid booking collection. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data they handle.
  • Email provider: We use third-party email services to send booking confirmations and reminders.
  • Google Calendar: If you connect your Google Calendar, we access calendar data to check availability and create events. We store only the refresh token needed for this integration.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account and booking data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will remove your data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Delete your account and associated data
  • Export your data in a portable format
  • Object to processing of your data for certain purposes

If you are in the EU/EEA, you have additional rights under the GDPR. If you are a California resident, you have rights under the CCPA including the right to know what data we collect and the right to request deletion.

6. Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies. If you enable Google AdSense on free-tier pages, Google may set cookies according to their own policies.

7. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and secure infrastructure. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

8. Children's Privacy

OnceCal is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
