OnceCal is built by Grryp LLC, a small team passionate about helping service professionals own their scheduling. We believe the tools that run your business should not hold it hostage with endless subscription fees.
We build software for the barber, the personal trainer, the massage therapist, the coach, and the consultant — the people whose time is their business. Our goal is simple: give you professional-grade scheduling tools without the monthly overhead.
Our Mission
We started OnceCal because we were tired of watching small business owners pay $30, $50, or even $80 per month for scheduling software that did not fundamentally improve from year to year, but kept charging as though it did.

Dot is our AI assistant — a friendly otter who helps you create event types, write booking page copy, and navigate OnceCal. She is built into the admin panel and ready to help whenever you need it.
Need to set up a new service? Dot will walk you through it. Not sure what to write in your booking page description? Dot will draft something. She is there to make setup faster and the whole experience a little more human.
